I purchased my first single family house/rental in November of 2019. I have grown significantly since. I have over 40 rental properties now in total. It has been quite a ride so far. I hope to continue to grow and acquire more rentals. My focus is on being the best landlord that I can be and have beautiful homes/apartments that tenants have come to expect from me.

I think this website speaks for itself. Pictures tell a great story. You dont see websites much like this from landlords because most dont care this much. This is an investment in my future and my families future and I take pride in my properties.

I have many contractors, each for a different purpose. Contractors are tricky to deal with and good ones are hard to come by. I have placed a good team together that gets things done and keeps my tenants happy when repairs are needed. I continue to try and find good workers. Without them, I couldnt have sucess.

I am committed to my tenants and put them first. Although I cant always answer calls, I am rarely not available by text. I am committed to good customer service and quick responses to complaints and repairs.
PROVEN RESULTS
When families and friends pass my name and website to others, this is the ultimate compliment to me. I have mothers and daughters and friends and families that live in my rentals that have all passed my name along to many needing a home. My goal is to keep my tenants happy long term so they treat my home like it is their own.
