I have been in the rental business for nearly 5 years and have over 35 properties all throughout Akron and Wadsworth. My experienced contractors/handyman arrive on time and with all the necessary tools and materials. They work efficiently and diligently to complete the job to the customer's satisfaction. These pictures speak volumes. As a landlord, the biggest challenge I faced in the first 5 years in business was not my tenants. Sure they have their own problems and challenges too, but finding good contractors is really challenging. I have been stood up by contractors, ripped off by contractors, and some of the contractors I have used over the years have completed sub-par work to say the least. This is why I started to branch out and hire contractors that have experience and complete the work promised. Finding that is difficult. We now provide contracting and handman service to others, knowing how importatnt this is for people that either dont have the skills or the knowledge to do the work themselves or hire the work out.
